SG-1161RIL/ALL is a 16ports device server that allows you to use RJ45 serial ports anywhere, anytime through an ethernet network. Connected via ethernet ports, SG-1161RIL/ALL supports a maximum serial communication speed of 921.6 Kbps and provides support for RS232/422/485 serial communication standards and ModBus. It is a 19″ rack-mountable product. Our device server offers the COM Port Redirector program to enable remote control, monitoring, and data communication of connected devices through the network. The connected serial devices can be used without the need for separate program modifications. The SG-1000, 2000, and 4000 series of SystemBase’s devices servers are versatile solutions suitable for various fields such as POS, hospitals, factories, and buildings, enabling control, monitoring, and automation.

Provides a dual power system designed for industrial environments

SG-1161RIL/ALL offers an industrial-grade dual power system that can be flexibly utilized in various user environments. Designed with consideration for the unstable power environments of industrial sites, SG-1161RIL/ALL provides a dual power system that allows users to configure the power unit flexibly according to their own usage environment, using either a terminal block or a DC power adapter. The DC power adapters of the SG-1000, 2000, and 4000 series feature a screw-type locking to ensure that the power plug stays securely connected. Additionally, SG-1161RIL/ALL is an industrial device server that has passed rigorous temperature cycle tests (-40℃ to 85℃ according to IEC 60028-2-33) and temperature/humidity environmental tests (according to IEC 60068-2-30), demonstrating reliable operation in harsh industrial environments and providing high reliability and stability.

Improved surge and ESD protection

To ensure high reliability and stability in diverse usage environments, including industrial settings, SG-1161RIL/ALL provides ESD protection capabilities that comply with IEC61000-4-2 (ESD 4 Level) standards, meeting specifications of ±8KV (contact), ±15KV (air), and ±15KV (HBM). Additionally, it features surge protection capabilities that meet IEC 61000-4-4 (40A) and IEC 61000-4-5 (24A) standards to prevent damage and malfunction caused by overcurrents entering through the power and network connectors. These protective measures effectively address the risks of ESD, EFT, and surge incidents that may occur in harsh industrial environments, ensuring a more stable and reliable data communication environment.

COM Port Redirector: A virtual serial port program that allows easy creation of virtual serial ports, providing serial communication functionality without the need for complex configurations or software changes.
